Khadka Ventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred as “Khadka Ventures”) is the brain-child of its founding Chairman, Mr. Rabi Khadka.

Mr. Rabi Khadka has been a business visionary since his younger age and started his business career in real estate business at very young age of 17 and was quite successful thereon. After earning a significant name, fame and financial success in real estate business, he started diverting his investment portfolio in various other sectors like Cement Industry, Pharmaceuticals Production, Hydro-Power, Hospitality and Agro-farming through equity investments through his close network of friends and relatives. Being appointed as Director in Board of Directors in most of the entities for decades, he earned good nick over the operational and strategic management of the corporate business world and he turned out to be a strategic thinker and the dynamic entrepreneur.

Having born and brought up at the tourism destination of Bhaktapur, Nepal, he had a long passion of running tourism and hospitality industry since long. So, coupled with his investible funds, bankable corporate image and local repute, he was determined to form his own business empire. He always believed in Mass Scale Operation; System-driven management run by professionals & business experts; and stronger, authoritative and powerful board with centralized control. So, to give the belief the practical reality, Khadka Ventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred as “Khadka Ventures”) was incorporated as the private limited company duly registered in Nepal (Registration No: - 296384/079/080 and PAN No.:- 610340057) on 15th August, 2022 A.D. with corporate address Changunarayan Munucipality-08, Ratopati, Bhaktapur, Nepal adjacent to the national capital, Kathmandu.

Khadka Ventures acts like a venture capitalist for all of its group companies/entities and holds 100% shares of them - so that the Board of Directors of Khadka Ventures exercises full authority over the operation and management of all of the group entities. The group entities are centrally managed and run by the team of professionals and business experts of respective fields.

Khadka Ventures, along with its deep-rooted Real Estate business, primarily intends to invest mainly in four other business segments namely Agro-farming, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Trading in such a manner that each business forms a set of chain supporting and complementing one another.
