Dear Esteemed Readers,

Nepal is a great country lying between two market giants (China & India) treasured with immense opportunity in Tourism & Hospitality, Hydro-power and many more undiscovered sectors. However, it is yet to attain financial prosperity due to various factors. Country is heavily dependent on export of labor force in exchange of foreign remittances. This is disturbing the social set up and country is in verge of brain-drain to much extent and there is heavy dependency in imports due to inadequate production domestically. I personally opine that some factors like inadequate entrepreneurship Will Power, Industrialization, Technical Know-how, Level of operation, Investible savings etc. are the key culprits behind playing the spoil-sport.

Well-equipped with experience of investing in several sectors at personal level since last 3 decades, M/s Khadka Venture Private Limited (fondly referred as “Khadka Ventures”), an investment company, has been floated taking up the challenge of accumulating the investible funds from small investors to commence a venture at higher scale in various business portfolios assisting, complementing and nurturing one another.

Khadka Ventures prefers to invest in business portfolios through 100% equity investment across its group companies primarily in business like Agro-farming (Poultry Farming), Retail Sale Chain of Poultry Outputs, Hospitality (Operation of Chain of Hotel & Resorts), Real Estate (Sale and Purchase of Commercial and Residential Land) and manufacturing of ancillary and allied products.

As read somewhere, “Great people do not do different things; instead they do simple things differently”. Accordingly, Khadka Ventures has started investing in Poultry Business (at larger scale) and Operation of Hotel and Resorts (at Chain Level) at initial go.
