Mr. Praveen Kumar Upadhyaya

Mr. Praveen Kumar Upadhyaya is the Group Chief Finance Officer (Group CFO) of the Khadka Ventures and its all group companies. He has done Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India, Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University, Delhi, India and Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (LL.B.) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He also holds the membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.

He brings diversified experience of around 15 years of working as top management level in many Multinational Companies, Business conglomerates ranging from Companies like FMCG, Cements, Steels, Electronics, Footwear, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality and Trading.

He looks after entire aspects of Finance & Accounts Management; Taxation Management; Project Financial Feasibility Analysis & Decision-making; Capex & Opex Management; Banking & Treasury Management; Cost Management; Audit & Control; Statutory Compliance; System Development; Policy-making etc.
